From April 8 - 11, 2008, Frankfurt on the Main introduced itself in the Chinese twin city and gave the citizens there an appealing program, providing an insight into the cultural diversity and the economic power of the Main metropolis. An important goal of the anniversary program is also to inspire commercial, environmental and social exchange programs in order to contribute to the continued cooperation between the two cities beyond the anniversary year.
